Beware of the Machine.
This guy has been operating in Pedley for years.
I'll have to interview Jerry to get the full details...
But bottom line, The Machine has a computer chip inside his brain.
It was placed there by the government, evidently they are sending him secret signals.
He is looking for others like him, so that they can exchange information.
He can be seen riding his bike throughout Pedley.

I witnessed the machine again yesterday.
He was riding a bike (as usual) but he was carrying another bike.
It appeared as if he was on overdrive...
